Slōw is an invitation to pause in your heart of hearts to feel lighter, deeper and stronger
Some places you visit once out of curiosity, and return to again and again out of necessity.
Slōw studio, nestled inside the vibrant and exciting “Marché du Lez”, is exactly that kind of place.
A space born from conviction
Behind Slōw is Andrea, a former pharmacist who followed her passions such as surf, yoga, and many others. She never looked back. She left the world of pharmacy, opened a yoga studio a decade ago, and gradually built around it a complete vision of health, bringing together passionate professionals in nutrition and micronutrition who shared her values.
The result is a bright, welcoming studio where people come not just for a yoga class, but to find their way back to themselves.
At Slōw, the approach is holistic and deeply meaningful : reconnecting with your body, taming your mind, learning to eat for health while embracing pleasure, vitality, and balance, and learning to relax easily, anywhere, anytime.
A yoga for every body & every mood
Slōw is an invitation to slow down, to take care of ourselves, like a philosophy of life for self-fulfilment. Here, yoga is taught with kindness, but it goes far beyond the mat and the class.
The studio offers a genuinely diverse range of practices, with no hierarchy between them. There’s something for everyone :
- Slow Flow: a slower but equally fluid (and sometimes deep and hard) vinyasa, where longer-held postures build quiet strength, powerful yet gentle.
- Yin Yoga: a soft and deeply restorative practice, carried out seated or lying down, ideal for releasing deep tension and melting away stress. Let go.
- Hatha Yoga: accessible to all, as Yin yoga, including complete beginners, combining gentle toning with a calming of the mind.
- Ashtanga, children’s yoga, pilates, and parent-child workshops led by New Zealand teacher Natalie Dalby, blending movement, songs, dance, and interactive games that stimulate both body and mind.
Whether you want to relax, stretch, strengthen, tone, or simply find a moment of quiet for yourself, Slōw Yoga Studio adapts to you, to your abilities and your needs.
More than yoga, a way of living and thinking
What sets Slōw yoga apart is the breadth of its offer. The team brings together passionate teachers (such as Margot who teaches vinyasa yoga and inversions or Franco Senica who teaches ashtanga yoga, Val, Juliette, Mireille, Axelle, Noémie, Estelle), each deeply expert in their own discipline, whose lives are devoted to teaching, delivered with a great deal of humanity. No “star” teachers here, just real people who have lived these practices before sharing them with others.
Alongside yoga classes, the studio offers private nutrition and micronutrition consultations, meditation and relaxation sessions, personal development workshops, and even half-day corporate wellbeing sessions. The studio is also bookable for private event such as photo shooting (by the way thanks a lot Andrea for the photo shooting we made with Camille A. that you can appreciate on this page).
The goal is always the same, to help each person feel good, feel better, and learn to heal themselves.
